Through short videos, guided action exercises, simple objects, and reflection prompts, you will explore why you feel stuck, what patterns repeat, what kind of Creativity is already available in you, and how to access it in daily life.
By the end, you will have three internal supportive roles, practical next steps, and a simple structure you can continue using after the course.

What Makes This Video Course Different
This is not a lecture-based self-help course. It is an experiential, action-based video practice using psychodrama tools adapted for individual self-practice.
Psychodrama helps people explore roles, perspectives, emotions, and choices through action. In this course, you will use simple guided exercises, ordinary objects, reflection prompts, and small daily experiments to discover new ways of responding.
No acting experience is needed. You stay in control of your pace, intensity, and participation at all times.
What You Will Do in This Course
During this course, you will explore one area of your life where you want more movement, clarity, or creative response. You will experiment with three internal supportive roles, including Creativity, and discover how these roles can help you pause, notice what is happening, access inner resources, and find practical next steps.
You will explore:
• What is happening in this area of your life
• Why it may feel difficult to move forward
• What patterns keep repeating
• What kind of Creativity is already available in you
• How to access Creativity when you feel blocked, overwhelmed, or unsure
• What small, realistic steps can help you respond differently
By the end of the course, you will have a clearer understanding of your situation, three practical internal roles for daily use, and a repeatable structure for working with future challenges.
Course Structure:
The course is completed over 5 days, with about 60 minutes per day. Each day includes short video lessons, guided action-based exercises, downloadable handouts, reflection prompts, and small real-life practices.
You can complete the course from home in a private space using simple objects and, when needed, two chairs.
Across the 5 days, you will move step by step from choosing your focus area to exploring it through guided psychodrama practices, experimenting with internal supportive roles, applying them to real daily situations, and creating a personalized 5-day continuation plan so you can keep practicing after the course
